At Dotson Fitness & Nutrition, we want clients to clearly understand our payment and refund terms before purchasing any service or product.
Coaching Plans
Payments for fixed-term coaching plans are made in full at the time of purchase. Because coaching services involve personalized planning, programming, and ongoing support, payments are generally non-refundable once the coaching service has begun.
Month-to-Month Coaching
Month-to-month coaching renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for a billing period that has already started.
30-Minute Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please contact Dotson Fitness & Nutrition before your scheduled appointment.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable and digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
Physical Products
Refunds or exchanges for physical products may be considered depending on the condition of the item and the reason for the request. Any applicable return requirements will be communicated at the time of purchase.
